With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Martin Harvey is the founder and Managing Director of Envision Financial Planning. As a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), Martin is among the most highly qualified advisers in the profession.

Martin’s approach to financial planning goes far beyond numbers. He is deeply passionate about coaching clients to make better, more confident life and financial decisions. He believes that great planning starts with clarity—helping people understand what truly matters to them and designing strategies that support their long-term wellbeing, security, and aspirations.

Over nearly two decades, Martin has guided individuals, families, and business owners through every stage of financial life. His calm, collaborative, and educational style helps clients feel supported and empowered, not overwhelmed.

Outside of work, Martin is a family man who enjoys travel and exploring new places. When he’s not helping clients shape their financial futures, you’re likely to find him on the golf course, enjoying the challenge and the fresh air, or ferrying his children around to whatever clubs is going on that day!

Neil feels it’s important to assist your wider family by comprehensive family estate and trust management. Therefore, helping you to maintain and control your legacy within your lifetime and beyond.

Outside of work, Neil is our resident Iron Man! He enjoys training for endurance events. Outside of this, he enjoys cricket, watching his daughter play rugby and getting outdoors with his working dogs.

Lewis has over 10 years’ experience in the financial sector in various Financial Services Roles, helping clients with their financial needs, administration and implementation of their plans.

Lewis joined Envision Financial Planning because he saw a strong sense of purpose and a commitment toward clients, making a difference to their financial wellbeing.

Outside of work Lewis enjoys spending time on the golf course with friends and long walks with Seb, his dog.

Emma brings more than ten years of experience in financial services to the Envision team. With an affinity for spreadsheets originating from her background in accountancy, and an organised, methodical approach, Emma enjoys solving problems and building solutions in the paraplanner role. 

Outside of the office, Emma enjoys exploring new places and long walks with her husband and their two dogs. At home, she’s a keen cook, whether recreating dishes discovered on their travels, or baking for family and friends.
